Have you read ‘The Little Mermaid’? How does your imaginary mermaid looks like? We welcome every one of you, it does not matter if you know how to swim or free dive.
We will walk you through some techniques you need to know to stay in water (with a mermaid tail), combining with trainings on land and in the pool. Let’s learn how to move like a mermaid!

Beginners with no prior experience are welcomed, feel free to take this chance to familiarized yourself with mermaid tails and  learn more about the water techniques required to be a mermaid.

This class will take place on land and in a pool. Basic theories, warm up exercises, stretching, fundamental aqua mermaid trainings are covered. We will learn how to make bubbles / pose with heart shape and move your mermaid tail elegantly. #Mermaiding This new trending sport can effectively utilize and train your core, back and hip muscles. It does not only make you pretty with the mermaid tail, it actually helps with muscle strength.
Videos and photos will be taken from time to time to record this beautiful journey.
This class is instructed by MFI authorized mermaid coach to ensure your safety and class quality.

Aged 16 or above.
Beginners with no experience are welcomed. There is no limit to age, gender, height, weight and ability to swim.

Participants must be 16 years old or above (guardians’ approval is needed for minors aged 18 or below)
Each class will entertain 4-6 participants

HK$850 (3 hours)
Fees for coaching, learning materials, license, rental of venue, equipment and mermaid experience are included.
