Eligibility:
14 years old or above, able to swim with clothes for at least 50 meters / proficient in swimming

Designed for beginners, it allows you to learn basic rowing techniques in calm water, including awareness of whistle signals, personal equipment, how to wear a lifeguard/floating suit, platoons and proper handling after capsize. After completing the course, you can continue to participate in the canoe two-star training.
